<p>Ich bin so richtig im Pflaumenkuchenfieber dieses Jahr. Beinahe täglich fallen mir neue grandiose Dinge ein, die man mit Pflaumen oder Zwetschgen so backen könnte. Diese Pflaumen-Tartelettes habe ich in abgewandelter Form vor ein paar Jahren schon mal gebacken und weil sie so hübsch sind, dachte ich, es ist höchste Zeit für ein Remake! </p>

<p>Kein Pflaumenkuchen ohne Zimt, klar. Hier versteckt er sich in einer leckeren Frangipane unter den Pflaumen. Frangi- was? Ganz simpel gesagt: eine Art Creme aus Mandeln und Eiern, die mitgebacken wird und ziemlich lecker schmeckt. </p>

<p>Ich würde euch dringlichst empfehlen, Tartelette-Förmchen mit herausnehmbarem Boden zu verwenden, denn sonst geht die Wahrscheinlichkeit, dass ihr die Tartelettes jemals aus der Form befreien werdet, eher gegen Null. Been there, done that. Wenn sie noch dazu eine gute Beschichtung haben, brauchst ihr sie eigentlich auch noch nichtmal einzufetten.</p>

<p>Wenn ich ehrlich bin, habe ich diese Tarte aber&nbsp;eigentlich&nbsp;nur aus einem Grund gebacken: Seit dem Winter sehne&nbsp;ich die Rhabarbersaison herbei, um endlich dieses supercoole Rautenmuster ausprobieren zu können. Und weil so eine Rhabarberraute alleine ein wenig traurig daherkommt, habe ich halt noch eine Tarte drunter geschoben.</p>

<p>Diese Rhabarber Tarte schmeckt übrigens auch ganz vorzüglich mit ein wenig Schlagsahne on top. Dann ist sie natürlich nicht mehr lactosefrei, aber bei diesem gesunden Untergrund kann man sich ein wenig Sünde obendrauf ja ruhig mal gönnen&nbsp;????.</p>

Die Zutaten für den Mürbeteig vermischen und zu einem geschmeidigen Teig verkneten. Dabei zunächst nur einen Esslöffel Mandelmilch zugeben und anschließend – sollte der Teig zu trocken sein – einen zweiten. Den Teig mit den Fingern möglichst gleichmäßig dünn in eine vorbereitete Tarteform drücken. Bis zur weiteren Verwendung in den Kühlschrank stellen.</h4><ul class="wprm-recipe-instructions"></ul></div><div class="wprm-recipe-instruction-group"><h4 class="wprm-recipe-group-name wprm-recipe-instruction-group-name wprm-block-text-bold">Die Zutaten für die Frangipane Füllung im Mixer zu einer homogenen Masse pürieren. Die Masse gleichmäßig auf dem Mürbeteigboden verteilen. Den Rhabarber schälen und in rautenförmige Stücke schneiden. Die Tarte mit dem Rhabarber belegen. 1-2 EL Honig mit etwas Wasser und einer Prise gemahlener Vanille glatt rühren und den Rhabarber damit bestreichen.</h4><ul class="wprm-recipe-instructions"></ul></div><div class="wprm-recipe-instruction-group"><h4 class="wprm-recipe-group-name wprm-recipe-instruction-group-name wprm-block-text-bold">Die Tarte im vorgeheizten Backofen auf der mittleren Schiene für ca. 50 Minuten backen.
