<p>Falls ihr meine <a href="https://lacrema-patisserie.com/bienenstich-berliner" target="_blank" rel="noreferrer noopener">Bienenstich Berliner aus dem Ofen</a> bereits ausprobiert habt, konntet ihr euch ja schon davon überzeugen, wie lecker gebackene Berliner sein können! Allen anderen empfehle ich dringend, es schnellstmöglich auszuprobieren – hier in der klassischen Variante mit Marmelade und Puderzucker. Natürlich könnt ihr zum Füllen auch andere Marmeladensorten (oder was euch sonst noch so einfällt) verwenden oder die Berliner nach dem Backen mit Schokolade oder Zuckerguss glasieren.</p>

<p>Auch wenn ich jetzt schon seit über zehn Jahren in Berlin wohne, weigere ich mich übrigens hartnäckig, &#8222;Berliner&#8220; als &#8222;Pfannkuchen&#8220; zu bezeichnen – auch wenn man dafür hier viel Unverständnis und böse Blicke in der Bäckerei erntet. Aber wie ich kürzlich erfahren habe, gibt es scheinbar noch weitaus mehr Namen für die leckeren runden Teilchen: Krapfen, Kreppel, Kräppel, Kräpfchen, Kräpfel oder doch Berliner, wie nennt man sie bei euch? </p>

<p>Aber zurück zum Rezept: Da der Teig sehr weich (und deswegen so fluffig) ist, sollte man die Berliner möglichst direkt nach dem Backen, zumindest aber am selben Tag essen. Am nächsten Tag sind sie relativ fest und schmecken nicht mehr so gut. Ihr könnt sie auch nach dem Backen frisch einfrieren und dann nach Bedarf auftauen und essen. Für mich gehört dieses Rezept definitiv zum Standardrepertoire an Karneval und Silvester. Ich wünsche euch ganz viel Spaß beim Nachbacken!</p>

Den Teig zu einer Kugel formen, zurück in die Schüssel geben, mit einem Tuch abdecken und an einem warmen, zugfreien Ort 45 Minuten gehen lassen, bis sich sein Volumen verdoppelt hat.</span></div></li><li id="wprm-recipe-8926-step-0-2" class="wprm-recipe-instruction" style="list-style-type: decimal;"><div class="wprm-recipe-instruction-text" style="margin-bottom: 5px;"><span style="display: block;">Mit der Faust einmal herzhaft in den gegangenen Teig boxen und ihn nochmals kurz durchkneten. Anschließend in 8 Stücke teilen und möglichst gleichmäßig zu Kugeln formen.
