<p>Dieser köstliche Gugelhupf mit Nussfüllung war einer meiner ersten selbst gebackenen Kuchen überhaupt. Das Rezept stammt aus einem uralten Backbuch mit dem vielversprechenden Titel &#8222;Backen, was allen schmeckt&#8220;, auf das auch das Rezept für meinen geliebten <a href="https://lacrema-patisserie.com/der-weltbeste-apfelkuchen-oder-der-mit-dem-alles-begann">gedeckten Apfelkuchen</a> zurückgeht. Entdeckt habe ich dieses Buch irgendwann mit etwa 15 Jahren im Küchenregal meines Vaters und erstaunlicherweise hält der Titel wirklich, was er verspricht.</p>

<p>Die Basis für diesen simplen aber feinen Gugelhupf bildet ein Sandkuchen aus einem einfach Rührteig zwischen den eine zimtige Lage aus gemahlenen Haselnüssen geschichtet wird. Durch die saure Sahne im Teig bekommt der Kuchen eine wunderbar saftige Konsistenz und schmeckt auch noch ein paar Tage nach dem Backen.</p>

<p>Im Originalrezept wird der Kuchen in einer klassischen Springform mit Rohrboden gebacken, was sicher nur daran lag, dass es anno dazumal noch keine so fancy Gugelhupfformen gab!  Erst hatte ich vor, den Gugelhupf noch mit einer hellen Schokoglasur zu überziehen, habe mich dann aber dagegen entschieden: manchmal mag ich so einen einfachen Rührkuchen ganz pur und ohne Schnickschnack am allerliebsten. </p>

<p>Soll natürlich nicht heißen, dass er mit Glasur nicht auch sehr gut schmecken würde. Aber das herauszufinden, überlasse ich jetzt euch&#8230; </p>
