Über Berlin lacht momentan jeden Tag die Sonne und die umliegenden Seen rufen zum fröhlichen Planschen bei bestem Badewetter. Es scheint fast, als wolle uns der September für den unverschämt nasskalten August entschädigen. Und diese Entschuldigung nehmen wir doch gerne an, oder? Für so ein angemessenes Spätsommerpickinick am See braucht man natürlich auch den entsprechenden Proviant&#8230;</p>

<p>Ich hätte da einen Vorschlag für euch: saure Johannisbeeren, umhüllt von feinem&nbsp;Teig unter einer süß-knusprigen&nbsp;Kokoshaube. Kurz:&nbsp;Johannisbeer-Kokos-Tartelettes.&nbsp;Na, wie klingt das?</p>

<p>Dieses Rezept gehört zu meinen absoluten Sommerfavoriten und wurde vor einigen Jahren von meiner Tante an mich herangetragen. Seither ist es zum Dauerbrenner in unserer Familie geworden und gehört zu den Highlights jeder sommerlichen Kaffeetafel. Eigentlich backe ich diese Tarte oder Tartelettes jeden Sommer <em>mindestens&nbsp;</em>einmal, aber dieses Jahr hätte ich es doch tatsächlich fast vergessen.</p>

<p>Bis ich vor ein paar Wochen mit Schrecken feststellen musste, dass sich die Beerensaison trotz der heißen Temperaturen mit rasender Geschwindigkeit dem Ende zuneigt. Also schnell in den nächsten Supermarkt gerannt, die letzten Johannisbeeren aus dem Regal gepflückt&nbsp;und sodann liebevoll auf Tarteletteteig gebettet. Ich bin mir sicher, dass auch ihr noch ein paar Beerchen zusammenbekommt, wenn ihr euch demnächst auf die Suche macht.</p>

<p>Nicht nur sämtliche Mitglieder meiner&nbsp;Familie können bezeugen, dass Kokosnuss und Johannisbeere in dieser Kombination ein Traumpaar abgeben. Aber vorsichtig: schon ein einmaliges Probieren kann süchtig machen&#8230;</p>
