<p>Die Idee zu diesen Snickers-Törtchen schwirrte mir schon eine ganze Weile im Kopf herum und ich wollte endlich mal wieder ein paar Törtchen in Würfelform kredenzen. Wie bei all meinen Törtchenrezepten ist auch hier wieder Schichtarbeit angesagt, d.h. ihr müsst die einzelnen Komponenten über mehrere Tage verteilt vorbereiten, weil sie zwischendurch immer wieder kühlen und fest werden müssen. So könnt ihr beispielsweise an Tag 1 den Karamell-Kern vorbereiten, an Tag 2 die Nougat-Mousse sowie den Brownie-Boden und die Törtchen dann an Tag 3 überziehen und servieren. Ihr könnt die fertigen Törtchen natürlich auch komplett wieder einfrieren und nach Bedarf auftauen und vernaschen.</p>

<p>Für meine Törtchen habe ich diese <a href="https://tidd.ly/3LZ3XBe" target="_blank" rel="noreferrer noopener sponsored nofollow">Würfel-Silikonformen</a> <em>(</em><i>Werbel</i><em><i>in</i>k)</em>* à 5x5cm und 3,5&#215;3,5cm verwendet. Ihr könnt sie natürlich auch in rund oder einer beliebigen anderen Form backen. Die Konsistenz des Brownie-Bodens könnt ihr durch die Backzeit anpassen – nach 10 Minuten ist er noch recht weich (eben wie ein Brownie), nach 12+ Minuten sehr knusprig, fast wie ein Keks.</p>

<p>Für den Erdnuss-Karamell-Kern habe ich gesalzene Erdnüsse verwendet, um eine Balance zur Süße der Nougatmousse herzustellen. Falls ihr keine Erdnüsse mögt oder allergisch dagegen seid, könnt ihr sie auch durch andere Nüsse ersetzen – ich stelle mir das Ganze z.B. auch mit gerösteten Haselnüssen super lecker vor. Eventuelle Löcher mit Mousse auffüllen, glatt streichen und je ein Brownie-Quadrat auf jeden Kubus legen. Die Form für mindestens vier Stunden ins Tiefkühlfach stellen.</span></div></li><li id="wprm-recipe-9127-step-0-5" class="wprm-recipe-instruction" style="list-style-type: decimal;"><div class="wprm-recipe-instruction-text" style="margin-bottom: 5px;"><span style="display: block;">Für den Überzug die gehackte Kuvertüre und das Pflanzenöl in eine Schüssel geben und über dem warmen Wasserbad schmelzen. Vom Herd nehmen und die gehackten Erdnüsse einrühren. Die Mischung auf 35°C runterkühlen und in ein hohes Gefäß gießen. Die gefrorenen Törtchen aus der Form lösen, auf einen Holzspieß aufspießen und in den Überzug tunken, sodass sie vollständig bedeckt sind. Etwas abtropfen lassen und auf einem Teller fest werden lassen.
