<p>Durch die Stärke wird die Flüssigkeit der Himbeeren beim Backen gebunden und der Teig wird hinterher nicht matschig. Wenn ihr gerade keine Himbeeren im Haus habt, könnt ihr sie natürlich auch einfach mit anderen Beeren oder einer Obstsorte eurer Wahl ersetzen. Die Kokosstreusel schmecken zum Beispiel auch mit Johannisbeeren super lecker! </p>

Für den Teig alle Zutaten miteinander vermengen, bis sie eine streuselartige Konsistenz haben. Zwei Drittel der Streusel auf der Hälfte eines mit Backpapier belegten Blechs verteilen und festdrücken.
