<p>Rentiere bekommt man hierzulande ja eher selten zu Gesicht – da muss man sich eben mit ein bisschen rentier-ähnlichem Gebäck behelfen. Ich hätte da ein paar extra schokoladige Rentier-Cookies für euch. Die sind mit minimalem Aufwand nicht nur super schnell gemacht, sondern sehen auch noch niedlich aus!&nbsp;</p>

<p>Die kleine Rudolph-Herde hat zwar erst vor Kurzem Einzug in meine Plätzchendose gehalten, aber lange überlebt haben die meisten von ihnen leider nicht. Das könnte unter anderem an dem weichen schokoladigen Kern liegen, der beinahe wie ein Brownie auf der Zunge zergeht&#8230;</p>

<p>Dieses Rezept könnt ihr auch wunderbar mit (kleinen) Kindern zusammen backen, da die Zubereitung und Dekoration wirklich denkbar einfach ist. Ich werde die wenigen verbliebenen Rentier-Cookies zusammen mit meinen anderen Plätzchenkreationen zu Weihnachten verschenken.</p>

<p>Für die Nasen habe ich übrigens ganz normale Smarties gekauft und mir nur die roten rausgepickt. In gut sortierten Supermärkten findet ihr aber manchmal auch andere rote Schokolinsen. Die Zuckeraugen gibt es ebenfalls in der Backabteilung der meisten Supermärkte zu kaufen.&nbsp;</p>
