<p>Ich weiß, alles steht schon in den Startlöchern für den Frühling und ich kann es selbst kaum erwarten, bis es endlich losgeht! <p>Darin verarbeitet sind jede Menge frische unbehandelte Orangen – vom Abrieb bis zum Saft. In diesem Fall habe ich Blutorangen verwendet, denn noch findet man auf den Wochenmärkten richtig tolle Exemplare. Sie sind im Geschmack etwas herber, wodurch der Kuchen weniger süß ausfällt – aber natürlich schmeckt er auch mit herkömmlichen Orangen hervorragend! </p>

<p>In den Teig kommen außerdem Grieß und gemahlene Mandeln, wodurch mein Spanischer Orangenkuchen ganz ohne Mehl auskommt. Ich habe zum Backen eine wunderschön gemusterte Keramikform verwendet, die mir gute Freunde letztes Jahr aus Portugal mitgebracht haben. Alternativ könnt ihr eine normale Springform verwenden und die Dekoration aus Orangen und Mandeln auch weglassen. </p>

Die Geschwindigkeit etwas herunterstellen und das Orangenblütenwasser, sowie den Abrieb der (Blut)Orangen und Zitronen unterrühren. Dann 100g (Blut)Orangensaft und den griechischen Joghurt unterheben.</span></div></li><li id="wprm-recipe-11169-step-0-3" class="wprm-recipe-instruction" style="list-style-type: decimal;"><div class="wprm-recipe-instruction-text" style="margin-bottom: 5px;"><span style="display: block;">Die trockenen Zutaten in einer separaten Schüssel vermischen und nach und nach vorsichtig unter die Eimasse heben, bis sich alles zu einem glatten Teig verbunden hat. <p>Das Torten-Brainstorming ergab dann einen saftigen Marzipan-Orangen-Teig, der mit frischem Orangensaft und -likör getränkt und mit einer Rosmarin-Mascarpone-Creme gefüllt wird. Die Mischung ergibt eine fruchtig-herbe Torte mit einer feinen Rosmarin-Note – super lecker und mal etwas Abwechslung auf der Zunge!&nbsp;</p>

<p>Da es eine Waldtorte werden sollte, habe ich sie von außen in der semi-naked Optik belassen, was fast aussieht wie ein Birkenstamm, oder? Für die Deko habe ich Gummitiere von Schleich (noch eine Kindheitserinnerung!) und ein paar frische Rosmarin-Zweige verwendet.</p>

Für den Biskuit die Butter mit dem Zucker ca. 8 Minuten lang dickcremig aufschlagen. Das Marzipan mit einer Küchenreibe grob reiben und dazu geben (Tipp: das Marzipan vorher für 30 Minuten ins Gefrierfach legen, dann lässt es sich besser reiben). Die Eier einzeln dazu geben und gut unterrühren. Alle trockenen Zutaten mit der Orangenschale vermischen und abwechseln mit dem Orangensaft und -likör unter den Teig rühren. Den Teig in zwei mit Backpapier ausgelegte Springformen oder Tortenringe mit 18 cm Durchmesser füllen und auf der mittleren Schiene für ca. 50-60 Minuten backen (Stäbchenprobe!).  </h4><ul class="wprm-recipe-instructions"></ul></div><div class="wprm-recipe-instruction-group"><h4 class="wprm-recipe-group-name wprm-recipe-instruction-group-name wprm-block-text-bold">Die Böden vollständig auskühlen lassen und aus der Form lösen. Die Rosmarin-Sahne steif schlagen und ebenfalls unterheben.</h4><ul class="wprm-recipe-instructions"></ul></div><div class="wprm-recipe-instruction-group"><h4 class="wprm-recipe-group-name wprm-recipe-instruction-group-name wprm-block-text-bold">Den Orangensaft mit dem Likör vermischen. Die vorbereiteten Böden jeweils einmal waagerecht in der Mitte durchschneiden. Den ersten Boden auf eine Tortenplatte legen und mit der Orangensaft-Likör-Mischung tränken. Gleichmäßig mit Mascarponecreme bestreichen und mit Orangenfilets belegen. Den zweiten Boden auflegen und so weiter verfahren, bis man beim letzten Boden angelangt ist. Die Torte rundherum mit der übrigen Mascarponecreme einstreichen und glatt ziehen.
