Weil endlich der Frühling beginnt, weil alles anfängt zu blühen, weil die Welt wieder bunter wird, weil man (rein theoretisch) vier Tage lang brunchen kann und überhaupt! &nbsp;Also habe ich dieses Jahr mal so richtig in den Farbtopf gegriffen und euch diese hübschen Ostereier-Kekse mit Marmorglasur mitgebracht.</p>

<p>Ostern ist bei mir nach Weihnachten ein sehr willkommener Anlass, um die Kiste mit den Abermillionen von Ausstechformen aus der Abstellkammer zu kramen und endlich mal wieder zu benutzen. Plätzchen ausstechen ist meine liebste Form der Meditation – macht man nur leider viel zu selten.&nbsp;</p>

<p>Dieses Rezept ist super schnell gemacht und garantiert nervenschonender, als echte 3D-Ostereier anzupinseln. Den Mürbeteig könnt ihr natürlich schon entspannt am Vortag vorbereiten und über Nacht im Kühlschrank aufbewahren. An nächsten Tag muss dann nur noch die Glasur schnell zusammengerührt werden und die fertig gebackenen Osteier-Kekse hinein getunkt werden.</p>

<p>Am besten funktioniert das Ganze mit flüssiger Lebensmittelfarbe. Ihr braucht jeweils nur ein paar Tropfen, die dann mit einem Zahnstocher in der Glasur verrührt werden, bis ein Marmoreffekt entsteht.&nbsp;</p>

In Frischhaltefolie wickeln und mindestens 1 Stunde (oder über Nacht) in den Kühlschrank legen.</h4><ul class="wprm-recipe-instructions"></ul></div><div class="wprm-recipe-instruction-group"><h4 class="wprm-recipe-group-name wprm-recipe-instruction-group-name wprm-block-text-bold">Den Backofen auf 180°C Ober- und Unterhitze vorheizen. Den Teig aus dem Kühlschrank nehmen, nochmals kurz durchkneten und auf einer bemehlten Fläche gleichmäßig dünn ausrollen. Ostereier-Plätzchen ausstechen und auf ein mit Backpapier belegtes Backblech legen. Im vorgeheizten Backofen auf der mittleren Schiene 8-10 Minuten backen, bis die Plätzchen goldbraun sind. Abkühlen lassen.</h4><ul class="wprm-recipe-instructions"></ul></div><div class="wprm-recipe-instruction-group"><h4 class="wprm-recipe-group-name wprm-recipe-instruction-group-name wprm-block-text-bold">Für die Glasur das Eiweiß zu Schnee schlagen. Den Puderzucker unterrühren. Sollte die Glasur zu fest sein, noch etwas Zitronensaft unterrühren, bis die gewünschte Konsistenz erreicht ist.</h4><ul class="wprm-recipe-instructions"></ul></div><div class="wprm-recipe-instruction-group"><h4 class="wprm-recipe-group-name wprm-recipe-instruction-group-name wprm-block-text-bold">Ein paar Tropfen Lebensmittelfarbe in die Glasur geben und mit einem Zahnstocher leicht verrühren, sodass ein Marmoreffekt entsteht.
