<p>Servieren könnt ihr das Piña-Colada-Eis auf der nächsten Gartenparty einfach in der ausgehöhlten Ananas, die für die Sauce benötigt wird. Oder aber ihr verwendet eine beliebige andere Form und serviert das Eis mit einem Eisportionierer klassisch in Kugelform. Sowohl das Kokos-Eis als auch die Ananas-Sauce enthalten jeweils einen Schuss Rum. Und das nicht nur, weil ich eine geschmackliche Hommage an den berühmten Cocktail schaffen wollte, sondern weil der Alkohol dafür sorgt, dass die Sauce mit den Fruchtstücken beim Einfrieren nicht ganz so steinhart wird. </p>

<p>Auch das Eis wird mit einem Schuss Rum noch cremiger, denn da Alkohol einen niedrigeren Gefrierpunkt als Wasser hat, verlangsamt er den Gefrierprozess des Eises. Nachteil: Das Eis schmilzt dadurch auch schneller. Wer komplett auf Alkohol verzichten möchte, kann den Rum natürlich auch weglassen oder stattdessen etwas Rumaroma hinzugeben.</p>

Die beiden ausgehöhlten Hälften ins Tiefkühlfach legen. Das Ananas-Fruchtfleisch grob pürieren, sodass noch einige größere Stücke darunter sind. Die Speisestärke in etwas kaltem Wasser glatt rühren und zusammen mit den übrigen Zutaten und dem Fruchtfleisch in einen kleinen Topf geben. Unter Rühren erhitzen und einige Minuten köcheln lassen, bis die Sauce eindickt. Vom Herd nehmen und vollständig auskühlen lassen.</span></div></li><li id="wprm-recipe-11696-step-0-1" class="wprm-recipe-instruction" style="list-style-type: decimal;"><div class="wprm-recipe-instruction-text" style="margin-bottom: 5px;"><span style="display: block;">Für das Kokos-Eis die Sahne steif schlagen. Die Kokosmilch cremig rühren und beides vorsichtig miteinander verrühren. Dann alle übrigen Zutaten hinzugeben und gründlich unterheben. </span></div></li><li id="wprm-recipe-11696-step-0-2" class="wprm-recipe-instruction" style="list-style-type: decimal;"><div class="wprm-recipe-instruction-text" style="margin-bottom: 5px;"><span style="display: block;">Die Eismasse in ein geeignetes Gefäß füllen, die abgekühlte Ananas-Sauce darauf verteilen und mit einer Gabel grob verrühren, sodass noch Schlieren von der Sauce im Eis sichtbar sind.
