Liebe Elena,
der Matcha-Gugelhupf ist hervorragend gelungen und sehr lecker! Aus Ermangelung an einem Joghurtbecher mit 170ml habe ich das Rezept an einen Becher mit 150g angepasst: mit 130g Öl, 150g Zucker und 300g Mehl.
Die Glasur war für dieses „Gugelhüpfchen“ dann mit 100g Puderzucker ausreichend.

Danke für das Rezept, das habe ich bestimmt nicht das letzte Mal gemacht. 😊

das ist die Gugelhupfform „Elegant Party Bundt“ von Nordic Ware. Die gab es mal günstig bei TK Maxx, aber du findest sie auch direkt online wenn du den Namen googelst!
